2. Sales price
Prices are displayed on each product page. Prices may vary depending on the region and currency. The method of tax display (tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive) shall be as indicated on the relevant product page.
3. Additional Fees and Charges Other Than the Product Price
- Communication Fees: Any communication charges incurred in connection with the purchase (including internet access fees) shall be borne by the Purchaser.
- Payment Processing Fees: As a general rule, payment processing fees are borne by the Merchant. However, fees charged by card issuers or payment service providers, including foreign exchange fees, may be borne by the Purchaser. Such fees, if applicable, will be shown on the statement issued by the relevant card issuer or payment service provider.
4. Payment Methods and Timing of Payment

- Timing of Payment: Payment shall, in principle, be processed at the time of purchase in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective payment method or payment service provider.
5. Timing of Delivery (Provision of Digital Products)
- General Rule: Digital product keys shall be provided immediately or within a few minutes after payment has been successfully completed. For preorders, the key will not be redeemable until the content is released on the applicable External Platform.
- Exceptions: Delivery may be delayed due to fraud detection procedures, inventory verification, system issues, or other reasonable operational circumstances.
6. Returns and Cancellations (Digital Products)
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
- Exceptions: If a product key is reasonably confirmed to be invalid due to reasons attributable to the Merchant or the Content Provider, remedial measures such as the issuance of a replacement key - may be provided.
- External Platform Limitation: Inability to redeem or use a product due to specifications, system failures, account restrictions, or other conditions imposed by the External Platforms (including, but not limited to, Steam or GOG) shall not be deemed attributable to the Merchant.
7. System Requirements
The system requirements and conditions of use applicable to each Products shall be as set forth on the relevant product page and/or as specified by the applicable the External Platforms (including, without limitation, Steam, GOG, or other third-party platforms).
8. Special Conditions
Exchange rates and the descriptions shown on billing statements are determined by the payment service provider or card issuer, and may differ from the amounts or currency displayed by the Merchant.
9. Handling of Personal Information
The Content Provider and the Merchant shall handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Commercial Use Prohibited
